Africa is a large continent with diverse people of different tribes with a rich history. People from diverse culture live on this continent and create fascinating, colourful fabrics. Aso-Oke cloth

These are hand loomed cloth woven by the Yoruba people of western Nigeria. Aso-Oke means top cloth and it is usually woven by men. The fabric is used to make men’s gown, women’s wrappers, and men’s health. They are common fabrics which are used by famous fashion designers around the world.
